All the rates are related to one property and valid for the period contracted, min 3 month and up to 1 year without any additional cost. The payment will have to be made before the property can be advertised.

This contract is valid according to the contracted services. After this period the parties can, if agreed, renew the contract, for the same or for a different period of time, and with the conditions valid at that time. If this should not occur, the contract will be cancelled.
